Ayu Plant Dyed Shibori Hemp Sarong | Scarf - Waves
You're investing in love stories.
STYLE: Retro glamor, hand plant dyed with Bali plants on hemp and organic cotton blend. Using Japan's super-skilled shibori technique, sarong was uniquely folded and tied before being dipped in plant dye vat, ONE COLOR AT A TIME, to produce this wonderfully intricate wave pattern. Have fun wearing it as a sarong skirt, oversized scarf, or a cover-up over swimwear, in haltered cross-neck dress, or one-shoulder dress. Easygoing travel companion. Make it your own.
NATURE: Plant dyed with Bali's 💙 strobilanthes cusia leaves 🖤 ketapang leaves 💛 mango leaves ❤️ sappan wood. We enjoy the ancient craft of plant dyeing in Bali for its non-polluting process and extra room for artistry. With no added preservatives and harsh chemicals, color variations create artsy imperfections, and normal fading over time mellows into washed-out look. Fabric: Washable 45% hemp and 55% organic cotton, grown without harsh chemicals. Care to Last: cold hand wash, cold machine delicate wash, dry in the shade or low heat, do not dry clean as its heavy chemicals mess up plant dyes. Mend when torn.
